Anna Molinari was the guest of honor at the first edition of the MFF Emilia Romagna Awards, event  created to turn the spotlight on Fashion and Luxury companies that, thanks to the excellence of their productions, create value for the surrounding area, as well as employment, highlighting/enhancing the Emilia Romagna region in the world. In the location of the Ferruccio Lamborghini Museum in Bologna the designer was awarded the prestigious "Career Award".

On the occasion of the 2019 Design Week Blumarine presents a special project in collaboration with Calligaris, a design leader for over 95 years brand that has always distinguished itself for the strong bond with Italy and a special focus on innovation, making its mark in its collections with a simple, essential but still refined signature. Blumarine has always worshipped women’s sensuality and charm through iconic symbols: among them, the rose, the flower emblem of love and beauty par excellence that takes centre stage in Anna Molinari’s collections. Calligaris and Blumarine come together in a world where the designer’s suggestions are turned into homeware: the Fall/Winter 2019/20 rose print decorates the Calligaris Coco velvet lounge chair which, declined in three different colors, becomes a real unique piece of style and elegance. The romanticism of Blumarine’s world is combined with design in the spirit of craftsmanship and Made in Italy where fusion is enrichment and ongoing research for quality and beauty.

Blumarine chooses Giulia De Lellis for a new eyewear project: the special collaboration between the young influencer, passionate about fashion and design and Anna Molinari, “The Queen of Roses”, gives birth to a special capsule collection, “ Blumarine Eyewear by GDL”, featuring two sunglasses models with a strong personality, designed by Giulia herself and produced by De Rigo Vision group, a global leader in the high-end eyewear sector and licensee of Blumarine Eyewear brand. The two styles, a low cat-eye model and an oversized butterfly model are available in seven colours each. The capsule collection is also characterized by an elegant animalier print clutch. The Blumarine’s signature codes of femininity, romanticism and seduction, are re-interpreted with a contemporary and dynamic twist, through the style and personality of Giulia De Lellis. To mark the arrival of the capsule collection in stores, Giulia De Lellis will be meeting her followers on 4 April at Milan’s Blumarine boutique, Via della Spiga 30, from 7.00 p.m.
